For Mental Health Awareness
Join us at the Fuel Tank at Fishers for a fun day of ball hockey in support of National Mental Health Awareness Month in May. This tournament is open to players of all skill levels and is a totally FREE event where we will be accepting donations to support a great cause – mental health.
All monies raised will be donated to Community Health Network’s Behavioral Health Crisis Relief Fund, which helps to meet the greatest mental health needs for our communities both now and into the future. As the largest provider of behavioral health services in Central Indiana, Community partnered with caregivers and donors to launch this special fund in late 2020 – in the midst of the pandemic and the mental health crisis that continues to grow – with a goal to expand access to care and to help reduce barriers to wellness for patients through a range of basic needs assistance programs.
